Maze War by xiao-wen-zi
Description:
A mIRC game where the object is to get through a maze, either collecting bonus points, or just in a specific number of seconds.

Submitted Review Author's Updates
Pros...
- Lots of options for playing like speed, music, bomb cost...
- In addition to normal, static mazes, it also supports mazes where the walls move,
and can also have ghosts hunting you.
- Making own maps is well documented, and easy.
- It has an update system making it easy to always have the latest version.

Cons...
- Closing the options dialog with the [X] still saves the settings.
(The default volume is 100%, which will be set when you close it the first time,
unless you fix it. Overwriting user settings is never good)
- The windows were unnescessarily large on my computer, but the author claims this to be a Windows XP problem.
- The game menu flickered a lot for me, but that's just a minor display con.

Conclusion...
This is a nice game addon for anyone interested in mIRC games, or just wanting to play something, although I really wish the dialog/window cons could've been fixed. It would also be nice if the author added some more mazes. The 5 in the package, are a bit few.
A "handicap" feature is another thing I'ld like to see, because even though I tried several times, I could not finished maze number 1 or 3.
Although a minor thing I also fail to see the WAR aspect of it :p
