Spam Blocker v1.3 is a decent addon that'll block channel and query messages if it finds any of the words you want to block in the message, which you can alter in the main dialog. There's a variety of options included, most of which are displayed in the screenshot. If you wish, you can punish the nick that said the word by kicking or banning them from the channel they said it in (if a channel). It's up to you; the options are in the dialog. If the word occured in a query, you have the option to ignore the user for x amount of seconds.

You can manage the word list in the dialog. Pretty good error checking here. For example, if you try to add a word that's already present in your list, the addon won't let you. Once a word is found, if you've selected the option to save the spam to a custom window (@msg.spam in this case), the message is applied to the window.

An array of options are provided via popups in the custom window, including finding a word/phrase, copying to your clipboard, and closing, minimizing, or hiding the window. No bugs were found, and Spam Blocker seemed to run very smoothly.
