| EULA = End Users License Agreement (or something like that)
you see, when you're distributing _THAT_ many .exe files that come from other software studios/programmers, you're in fact pirating their product and not helping them in a way or another! even in the mIRC faq itself has stated that you can't distrubute mirc.exe along with your scripts.
but maybe you're just not convince about that.... however, i still think many of the arguments posted by the rest are concrete strong points!
