| Just take a look at the addon section of this site and try to make one of everything yourself, and put them into a script.
Generally i'd say people mostly want (from my experience):
Media Player of some sort (or just mp3s)
Away system
Seen system
Lagbar
Themes
Channel protection
Personal protection
Spam protection
Clone scanner
Computer stats thing
A few helpful popups (oper commands, services commands)
A couple of crappy talkers (l33t text,random colour text, etc... for noobs)
... These are stuff that people mostly ask for in the help channels i frequent.
